Benefit Big Easy BB Cream* | £27.50
Benefits latest offering comes in the form of a ‘Multi Balancing Completion Perfector’. Benefit are often coming up with new and exciting concepts behind makeup, making using it much more fun and exciting, I’m currently super excited for the Benefit event i will attending on the 12th of this month in London, this is for a new top secret product which i am so excited for – Let me know if i will be seeing you there!? Back on topic now, the big easy as i said is just perfect for this time of year, it’s getting warmer outside so its this time of the year when my makeup routine kind of changes, its time for lighter, really natural looking make up. Big Easy is said to be a multi-balancing complexion corrector which in simple terms means it helps balance out your skins moisture and control oil it also has a liquid-to-powder formula and is self adjusting to your perfect shade.Benefit Say “This Multi-Balancing Complexion Perfector melts into skin like a cream, yet finishes lightweight & smooth like a powder. One & done…BIG EASY saves the day!”

I must admit the powder finish made me a little anxious, being a suffer of dry skin i wasn’t too sure of how it would work in the areas where my skin was really dry, but i went ahead and give it a good go. Surprisingly it wasn’t to bad i would say it would work miles better for people with oily or normal/combination skin, as they would benefit more from the liquid-to-power finish but even though i suffer from dry skin i do love the Big Easy, i just make sure i use a good moisturiser beforehand. It is light-medium but definitely enough coverage, its super lightweight, long lasting and natural looking and it contains an SPF of 35! All that is needed is a little concealer over any under eye circles and blemishes and its perfect! The Big Easy is available in 6 shades, i have been wearing both Light/Medium and Medium as i have been tanning recently and due to the self adjusting formula they both match my skin tone very well! The Big Easy has rightfully earned its place in my makeup bag and i think i will be reaching for it a lot this spring/summer! At £27.50 it isn’t the cheapest product but seeing as it kind of a two in one product i think the price is pretty justified!

Do you like the sounds of Benefits Big Easy?

  • I love the sound of this! In your picture it looks like it leaves a matte finish? If so I'd love this! may have to give it a go! xx

  • I recently bought this and love it! Although I do have dry/combination skin so have to use a really good moisturiser, the light-weight feeling and added SPF are bonuses for me :) xx

  • I was really tempted to buy this the other day as I have been loving BB cream at the moment and I thought that this product would be good for summer instead of wearing foundation but was a bit worried about the powder finish too as I have a couple of dry patches so thought I'd look up for a couple of reviews first. This review was very helpful and I think I might just have to go out and buy it! :)
