I’ve decided i kinda still love pinafores! They’re just great little things which aren’t given enough credit at times, and well i brought mine back out from the back of my wardrobe and put it back in business! I recently purchased this cute little scallop collared shirt from Asos, and while i was a little scared of it being long sleeved, i still loved it and i thought it would just go perfectly with the Dahlia pinafore which i bought way back when i saw Caroline Flack wearing it (I’m a sucker for anything Caroline Flack wears!), although paired with my floppy hat it makes me feel like i should be in the film Madeline!
I love everything about pinafores they are super versatile, they can be dressed up like i have styled it, with a nice collared shirt/blouse or they can be dressed a lot more casual, by wearing a simple t-shirt underneath, I kinda wish i would of bought myself a Tartan one (hey I’m tartan mad – don’t judge)
Do you still love to wear a pinafore? or is a little to much “little girls tea party” for you?
